Shoe Care

As all ASRA shoes are leather we recommend caring for your shoes : 

 

We do work with a variety of leathers and it is normal that over time softer leathers may become dry. If your pair is made from Sheep , Goat or Calf Leather we recommend that you regularly apply a thin layer of nourishing cream and buff lightly with a soft cloth.


Suedes and Nubucks should be protected prior to wear with a water repellent protector. If the suede becomes dirty, wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry. Once dry, brush with the grain to restore the fibres. There are several shoe care products that can be purchased to treat leathers and suedes. If in any doubt take the shoes with you when purchasing a shoe care product and ask for advice for which is most suitable.
